Leithinis CCÉ child protection policy follows the Comhaltas Child Protection Policy.

Formation of Classes subject to Numbers

Please note that classes will form subject to numbers; otherwise, the fee will be refunded.

Final Decision on Level of Class

Please note that the teacher will have the final decision on the level most appropriate for the student.

Retention of Membership Application Data

Membership application data are retained for a two-year period. Access to these data is on a need-to-know basis by appropriate Leithinis/CCÉ personnel. Leithinis/CCÉ does not share personal data with third parties. The data and contact details provided by you are used by Leithinis/CCÉ for the purposes of Leithinis/CCÉ administration and activities.

Photographs/Recordings

Images, photographs, and/or audio/audio-visual recordings featuring Leithinis/CCÉ members at Leithinis/CCÉ activities or events may be used for the purpose of the promotion of Leithinis/CCÉ. The use of images/Recordings of members under 18 or vulnerable persons will be in accordance with Leithinis CCÉ’s Child Protection Policy.

Medical Assistance for Junior Members

If the Main Contact Member of a household or the designated Emergency Contact person above cannot be contacted in the event of an emergency, Leithinis/CCÉ personnel/volunteers may seek medical assistance for a Junior Member and emergency treatment deemed necessary by a doctor may be undertaken.

Privacy Policy

Personal data is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you and may include, for example, your name, address, mobile number, or email address.
This personal data that you volunteer to us will be processed for the following purposes:

1. To facilitate payments from you.
2. To provide you with the information on any item you have requested from us.
3. To send you texts, email alerts and newsletters that you have opted-in to receive by filling in our online forms or by other means.

You have the right to request a copy of any personal data held by us about you. You also have the right to have such data corrected where it is inaccurate or misleading. You also have the right to have this data deleted.
